9th anniversary

Happy 9th Huzz.

(actually on 22nd March, but we shall be celebrating this evening!).

9 exciting and wonderful years, filled with adventure, laughter and love.

Always there to remind you

Huzz is in Mexico this week for work.  I'm trying not to think about the sunshine, beaches, margaritas that he's apparently 'not' enjoying at all!

Anyhow, he sent this slightly out of focus picture from his iPhone.  See he can't get away from me!  Too many of these Huzz and I'm gonna give you a hangover tomorrow morning thats for sure!

In-flight poetry

Huzz was recently on a flight from Amsterdam to Dubai. On arriving, he sent me a text / sms message saying this:

Quando sono lontano

E tu sei lontana

Sogno al l'infinito

E le parole mi mancano

E io lo so

Que tu sei con me

Tu sei tutto per me

E sarai sempre con me.

Translates to:

When I'm away

And you are far

I dream to the horizon

And words fail me

And yes, I know

You are with me

You are my everything

Always with me.

Well, first I wondered who was teaching him such romantic Italian on that flight! Then he kindly informed me that it was printed on the in-flight lunch box by the Italian food makers Bertolli.

I hope someone else received this from their partner away on yet another business trip.
