cookies

Who doesn't need a stack of chocolate chip cookies when they are recovering from their worst cold in years?

We love the cookie book 'Big Fat Cookies', by Elinor Klivans.   And our favourites are the chocolate chip chocolate stuffed cookies.  Yesterday's batch used milk chocolate chips in the cookie dough, and white chocolate chips to stuff them with.  Well, I'm sure you can imagine how delicious they were, warm from the oven.  We all took some restraining whilst they cooled down just a little.
