the art of macarons

My one and only attempt at making macrons was, to put it lightly, a disaster.

I'm much better at eating these delights than I am at making them!

Anyhow, this little video is lovely and makes me want to try again!

I found these 3 delightful short 1 minute movies this weekend on Vimeo.   The background is....

What a great experience.  I could think of worse ways to spend 44 days!!
