Corner View 'Spring'

Spring is....

The lovely bright yellow daffodils bobbing their heads in the wind.

A carpet of crocuses in the park.

One day sunshine, the next day rain.

No quite knowing whether to wear a scarf or not.

Feeling the sun on your face and wearing your sunglasses again.

Forgetting that you should still carry your umbrella.

Sitting in a little sunny corner of the garden and feeling quite warm.

Eating far too many mini-chocolate eggs before Easter weekend has arrived.

Trying to get your 19 month little girl interested in making bunny ears at Mums & Tots club this morning - a disaster - she threw the box of stickers up in the air after a few minutes and that was the end of that!

Enjoy your Spring day wherever you are.

  1. I love that picture of your girl. Mine's just over two, so not so different, and I love this age. They're discovering so much and growing up every day.

  6. sounds just like my spring - except for the toddler part as mine is 10 but she still gets cross sometimes when she is doing art work and throws it in the bin - with attitude! What rain we've been having - and I still forgot my brolly!

  21. Hope you've been having a very Happy Easter! My little girl tried to make a little Easter basket at playgroup. She pulled all the beaks off the little chicks and dropped the shredding everywhere. Still, she loved Easter!
