fantastic spinach salad

I've been loving this spinach salad recently. A friend made it for a little gathering and was asked for the recipe by 3 people that evening. The blue cheese and crunchy salty nuts go perfectly with the sweet dressing, and of course you'll be getting a healthy portion of leafy green spinach too.

Baby Spinach leaves (washed and stalks trimmed)
Black Grapes cut in half
Blue Cheese crumbled
Candied almonds or other nuts chopped
(all the above in a much as you like quantities)

Dressing - Whisk everything together until smooth and combined.

1/8 cup of Dijon Mustard
1/8 cup of Honey
3/8 cup of Olive Oil
2 garlic cloves crushed
1/8 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt & Pepper

Toss spinach salad ingredients together on a large serving plate.  Pour over dressing as desired.
