This week's CV is 'End of my street'. I had planned on a lovely sunny picture of the street (as the weather has been so wonderful this past week), but true to its unpredictable form this time of year, today it is raining raining raining and chilly and damp. So I just scooted out with my iPhone to capture my street without getting too wet.
Here we are. One end there is a large road around Eindhoven and some apartments. The other is a residential neighbourhood with lots of houses built in the 1930s, gardens and trees. Its very green. Fairly quiet. On a Wednesday afternoon when it dry, when all the school children come home at 12.30, the street is usually busy with them all playing outside - not today though.
There are some wonderful ends of streets around the world via Spain Daily - why not take a little tour?
Aha a street in Eindhoven, green and rainy ;-)

ReplyDeleteHi Victoria - thank you for all your lovely comments this week - food advice was most appreciated! Hoping your weather turns nice again - we have had a rain free day here but they are predicting a nasty weather weekend for us! Great for huddling in front of the fire! Look forward to keeping up with life in Eindhoven! Leanne xx

ReplyDeleteYes, the weather is crazy this year.
ReplyDeleteI spent a week in Northern Denmark and had only sun. Back to Hamburg I heart the people complaining about the awful May weather. You also seemed to be on the lucky side.
Happy Spring
