christmas in a muffin

A good friend of mine today tipped me off about 'The Good Mood Food Blog' by Donal Skehan (winner of the Best Irish Food Blog 2010).  Healthy homecooked food from recipes that are easy to follow and look delicious.

Don't these Cranberry & White Chocolate muffins look perfect for Christmas time.  Just the colours for Christmas.  Definitely on my baking list for this week.
