It was simple, but so delicious, and you know when the weather is warming up (just a little) in our house as the first Greek salads start to appear! Yum. Accompanied by home made focaccia bread. The simpliest food but with great flavour.

ReplyDeleteLooks like my kind of meal. I have never made focaccia, but would like to. I love these type of salads and good eat multiple helpings (shouldn't though). My hubby would want some meat somewhere--grilled chicken or broiled fish.

ReplyDeleteI lived in Portand for about 4 years while I went to Portalnd State and close to campus was a Greek Cafe. I don't know if it is still there but the food was very yummy. It was always a toss between the salad and the Spanakopia ? sp. Have a great weekend. Portland is my very city here in the States. Miss it so much. Have you ever been to Swaggarts in Beaverton. Love, Love the Indian food.
