pumpkins pumpkins everywhere

Sunday afternoon we found ourselves stocking up with a few more pumpkins at Lakeview Farms.  It was such a nice set up, and far removed from the over commercialized one we visited last year where there were so many side attractions for the kiddos to be enticed by (and cost us a whole packet too!).

Lakeview has a little train to the pumpkin patch, and once you've selected which pumpkins you want to take home, you can board a paddle boat back to the check-out.  There's also a 'scary' monster that pops its head out of the lake as you pass by! There's a haystack maze and a corn maze if you fancy getting a little lost.  And they had the very best Kettle Corn for sale which we devoured too.

So now we have a couple more handsome pumpkins to add to the collection growing on our front porch.
